Group health insurance has changed quite a bit in the last 40 years, but we’ve found one thing remains true; when a business has fewer than 100-200 employees, they often do not receive adequate customer service or dedicated attention and support from an experienced broker. Time and time again, we encounter businesses who have been sold a benefits package and are then left to figure out the rest on their own, as their “broker” focuses their time, energy, and expertise on larger clients.
At GBD, we believe all clients deserve experienced benefits consultation and advisement as well as exceptional service regardless of employee count. As a small business, we understand the hard work and sacrifice that goes into every business and believe providing high quality service to our clients and their employees is of the utmost importance. Our team is committed to finding solutions to clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations. We want every client to feel like they are our only client!
Our dedicated support and personalized service that we provide to our clients has led to high client retention and referrals. We’re proud of the personal relationships we develop with our clients and are honored by the trust they have in GBD.
